Short Story - The Woods

I put my coat on and walked out the door, I wasn't going to look back, even if I did still love him. We would never be. He hated me, he wasn't going to chase after me. Then I heard my name. It was coming from the woods. I didn't know if I should go in of not. Those woods were meant to be 'haunted' but I still walked in. I looked around, there was no-one there, where was the voice coming from? I heard it again, this time it was from the center of the woods, I got scared, who was calling me in there? Was I going to die? I had to go in though, what if it was important? I was in the center, but again, there was no-one there, was I just hearing things? I saw a hand, coming around the tree, it was pale, almost fully white. And then my name was coming from where the hand was... Then, a girl, pulled herself from the tree, she had long black hair covering her face and her skin was almost all fully white, I heard my name coming from under the hair, who was it? Was the girl going to kill me? I was afraid, I ran, but I couldn't find my way out of the woods, it was like, the woods went forever, I screamed out "JAKE! WHERE ARE YOU! I NEED YOU!" there was no answer, where would I go? I had no-one by my side, I was alone, in the woods, being chased by a horrible girl. I just stood there, there was no use running, she would find me. My long blonde hair was blowing in the wind. I clenched my empty hands, I was ready to die. She came closer and closer, till I could feel her hands on me. And then he came "ALLY! YOUR NOT GOING TO DIE!" he grabbed my hand and ran. "Jake..." I said quietly. "You came" I felt a rush of happiness, did he still love me?

"I was obviously going to come for you Ally" he smiled at me. We were still running, my legs hurt and I could barely run anymore. He felt me slowing down. "ALLY! We can't stop! She'll get us!" he screamed. "Jake, just leave, I will die, not you" I smiled up at him. "Ally! I'm not leaving you!" I could see that he wouldn't move, he would stay with me, he would even die with me if he had to. I was standing there, my hand wrapped in his. He was going to die with me, no matter what. "Jake, please, go, I can't bear to see you being killed" I started crying. "Ally! I can't leave without you!" I knew he meant it. Then he grabbed me and ran. "What are you doing.." I quietly mumbled. "I said I wasn't leaving without you... And i'm not" he smiled at me wrapped in his warm arms. I could see the girl behind us, she was getting closer, she was almost right behind us. I was slowing Jake down, I was to heavy for him. "Jake, please, put me down, i'm making you slow" I cried. "Ally, i'll never put you down, Iloveyou.." he whispered to me. I was shocked... I couldn't speak. Then she grabbed my leg, I was falling out of his arms...

I fell to the cold hard ground. Jake stopped running noticing I wasn't in his arms. "ALLY!!!" He screamed. The girl was holding me. I was screaming. "JAKE! SAVE ME! PLEASE!" The girl put her freezing cold hand over my mouth. "Stop screaming child..." she whispered. I tried to escape from her arms but I couldn't, I was stuck, and Jake had no way of saving me. "Ally, be a good girl, stay with me" said the girl. She had a soft voice, like a young girl. I turned my head to face her. I had to make her move her hair out of her face, I needed to see her. In the background I heard Jake yelling my name and I turned, he was trying to attack her. He pushed her down and I was released from her cold body. "Thank you" I smiled at Jake and wrapped my arms around his body.

 She stood up behind us. "Ally, we have to go" mumbled Jake. "Uh... Ok" I stumbled with my words. He grabbed my hand and once again we were on the run, the pale girl following quickly behind us. "Jake" I whispered "She sounds like shes just a girl" I was worried, what if she was, what if we were worrying for nothing, what if she wanted to play? "I have never heard of a girl that is evil and plays in the woods" said Jake. I guess he was right. I looked back to see how close the girl was, and right at that moment, she tripped, she stood back up, her hair out of her face. She had fully white eyes. She opened her mouth, it was full of many fangs, who was this girl? A monster? Or was she possessed? Or maybe, she did want to play, this was just how she was born. This I will never know.

We stopped, Jake was tired, and so was I. My legs hurt and I could barely stand. I gave up, I couldn't run anymore, and Jake couldn't either. We would let the girl get us. We would die together. She was close behind us, then she fell into a big pit. Jake smiled at me and put his small spade down. "What were you doing Jake?! What if she was nice!" I was screaming at him. The poor girl was stuck in a deep pit with no way to get out, or so I thought.... The girl came out of the pit... But how, it was to deep to climb, and there was no roots she could use to grab onto. She grabbed onto Jakes ankles and pulled him in the pit, and now she was after me. My legs were still hurting, I was unable to run. I would fall into the pit as well. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I screamed. "I want to be able to see" she whispered. "I want your eyes" "my-my eyes?" I mumbled. "Why mine?" She didn't reply. I didn't want to give up my eyes... "Wait... How were you chasing us if you can't see?" I asked. "I can sense you.." She whispered. "But if you can sense things why do you need to be able to-" She was grabbing me, she tried to get my eyes. I pushed her. She was in the pit with Jake... I ran, my legs were still hurting but I had to... And then I noticed something, the girl made the world into woods. The whole world was a big dark forest. And I couldn't escape.... I was stuck.... Forever...

Did yew like my short story? :O Romance x Horror x3 Awesome mixture :D This took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to write =w= I was super bored, so that's why I wrote it. It's also on my Woozin, that's where I wrote it, I sorta just made it up as I went.
